Thank you for shopping with sealpuffs! Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
Eligibility for Returns
Items purchased through our online store may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- Unopened
- Unmarked
- In original packaging
- Tags still attached
Any item returned that does not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Items sold as part of a set or bundle must be returned together as a complete set.
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number; or
- Valid proof of purchase
Once your request is received, we will respond within 5 business days with instructions regarding the return process and return shipping address.
Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for:
- Lost return packages
- Delayed shipments
- Packages that cannot be located before delivery to us
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for eligible items that meet the return conditions stated in this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect

To help us evaluate the issue, we may request:
- Photographs
- Video evidence
- Additional reasonable information
Items reported as damaged, defective, or incorrect must remain in original condition, including:
- Original packaging
- Attached tags
- Unused and unworn condition
If your claim is approved, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, at our discretion and where required by law.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable:
- Promotional items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Purchases made using store credit issued from a previous refund
All sales of these items are final.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
This right may be subject to exceptions permitted under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sealpuffs shall not be liable for:
- Return packages lost in transit
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications of products
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
