where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped by me from the United States!
do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available to over 50 countries! Available shipping countries and rates will be shown at checkout.
why is the price different in my currency?
When shopping internationally, the price you see may include estimated duties, import taxes, and currency conversion/foreign exchange fees so you can see more of the total cost upfront. The final amount can vary depending on your location and payment method.
do you accept returns or exchanges?
Please see my Refund & Return Policy for the most up-to-date information about returns, exchanges, and eligible items. If there's an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and i'll do my best to help!
I entered the wrong address. can I change it?
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact me as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. I can't guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped, so please double check your information before placing your order!
how do preorders work?
Preorders allow you to reserve your item before it’s ready to ship!
When you place a preorder, your item is made specifically as part of the upcoming production batch. Since it takes time to produce and ship everything, preorder items will take longer to arrive than in-stock items. The estimated shipping timeframe will always be listed on the product page. Because production can sometimes take longer than expected, the timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Once your item is ready to ship, you'll receive a tracking number by email!
